Net Weekly privacy policy - How do we protect the personal information of our customers?

Net Weekly is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals. The information that we collect is to facilitate your transactions with our businesses and to enhance your overall experience with us. We will not disclose any of your personal information or contact details to any organization other than our debt collection agency or credit checking agency unless it is required by law.

When you use any of the many services provided by Net Weekly we may ask for your personal details so that we can administer the transaction.

We may also occasionally use the information we collect to notify you of important changes relating to your transactions or to offer you new services, special offers or other marketing opportunities that may be of interest to you or your business or that we believe you may find useful. If you would prefer not to receive further information, you need to tell us by emailing the Privacy Officer at privacy@netweekly.com.au.

From time to time, we may ask you to tell us about your experience with us or survey you to ascertain your areas of interest. These short surveys are completely optional and the information obtained is used to tailor future services to meet our customers, needs.

Net Weekly will not disclose any information it receives to a third party unrelated to Net Weekly.

Net Weekly will take reasonable steps at or before the time of collection of personal information to ensure the individual is aware of the purpose for which the information is collected and the fact that the customer is able to gain access to the personal information.

If access to personal information held about you is required, a request must be made by contacting the Privacy Officer on 1300 660 886 or by emailing privacy@netweekly.com.au. Net Weekly will respond to your request within 14 days.
